On the mesmerizing backdrop of the volcano and the deep blue Aegean Sea, you will indulge in the fanciful culinary creations of renowned chef Michalis Kalavrinos, as well as in the sweet mouthwatering compositions of pastry chef Sifis Empeiridis, accompanying them with a fine spirit from our exquisite wine list.
